Noble Corp. To Replace QLogic On S&P 500 Index

Noble Corp. (NYSE:NE) will replace QLogic in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on Friday, January 14, 2011.
Noble provides offshore contract drilling services for the oil and gas industry. Headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, the company will be added to the S&P 500 GICS Oil & Gas Drilling Sub-Industry index.
