Berkshire Hathaway’s (BRK.B) acquisition of Burlington Northern Santa Fe is anticipated to be completed on Friday, February 12, 2010. Previously announced as a TBA, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) will replace Burlington Northern Santa Fe in the S&P 100 & 500 after the market close on that date.
